Lamine Yamal and Erling Haaland Top Transfermarkt's New Market Value Rankings After 2026 World Cup

Following Spain's World Cup triumph, Transfermarkt has released its latest market value update, rewarding the tournament's standout performers. The latest revision only includes increases, with 99 players receiving valuation boosts after the 2026 FIFA World Cup and the summer transfer window.

The biggest winners are Lamine Yamal and Erling Haaland, who now share the title of football's most valuable player at €220 million after both gained €20 million. Yamal reached the milestone after leading Spain to the world title at just 17, while Haaland matched the valuation after scoring seven goals during the tournament.

Kylian Mbappé climbed back to €200 million after winning the World Cup Golden Boot, ranking third overall. Michael Olise, the tournament's leading assist provider, rose to €170 million, while Jude Bellingham enjoyed the biggest increase among the elite players, jumping €30 million to €160 million.

Pedri sits sixth at €150 million, followed by João Neves, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, Vitinha, and Vinícius Júnior, who are all valued at €140 million.

The next group includes Désiré Doué, Julián Álvarez, and Declan Rice at €120 million, with Álvarez gaining €20 million after his World Cup performances.

Summer transfers also boosted the values of Morgan Rogers and Elliot Anderson, who both reached €110 million, alongside Bukayo Saka.

Among defenders, Pau Cubarsí climbed €20 million to €100 million, making the Spain international the joint most valuable defender in world football.
